Zestful is the best perk solution for you and your team. Not only does it give your team access to their favorite products and services, but it completely eliminates the reimbursement process.
1. A company signs up and sets a monthly spending allowance
When a company signs up, the first thing they are asked to do is set a monthly spending allowance for their team. This is the amount of money that an individual team member will be able to spend throughout the month (e.g. $50).
2. All team members receive a Zestful card
Once the account is set up and an allowance has been assigned, employees can begin to receive their Zestful cards. These cards work just like any regular debit card except they can only be used on products within the Zestful catalog, and only up to the spending limit created by the monthly allowance. The cards can be used online or in the real-world (like magic!).
The beauty about these cards is that it completely removes the need for a reimbursement process. Typically a reimbursement process is set in place as a way to track spending and approve where funds are being used - The Zestful card already does that for you!
3. Admins can track program success in real-time
Once employees start using their cards, the next step is to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. Admins will be able to monitor things like company usage (e.g. what percentage of the company uses their cards each month), average allowance used, popular products and categories and more!
